The toning water works in a similar way to a tonic - it refreshes, moisturises and helps restore the skin's natural pH. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The main ingredients of each toning water are of plant origin. The toning water is sprayed on the face, neck and décolleté like a mist. The fine particles settle on the skin's surface restoring a fresh appearance, moisturising and soothing the skin.  

Toning water is a gentle substitute for toner - you can use it every day and not worry about your skin feeling tight or dry. That's because toning water moisturises the skin intensely. It often comes in an atomiser bottle, which is very convenient.

If you are looking for radiant, smooth and soft skin, use a floral toning water such as rose water or peony extract. If you want to moisturise, cool and soothe your skin, then cucumber tonic water with aloe vera is best.
