SUN CARE Derma ANTI-SPOT Ultra-Light, Moisturizing SPF 30 Cream for Hyperpigmentation

An exceptionally lightweight cream recommended for sensitive, damaged skin with scars, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and sunspots. It protects against the harmful effects of UV radiation. Skin discoloration results from the uneven accumulation of the pigment melanin. Discoloration occurs due to the overactivity of pigment-producing cells—melanocytes—impaired melanin breakdown processes, and excessive melanin storage. Exposure to sunlight is one of the causes of skin discoloration, so to prevent it, it’s a good idea to use a cream with SPF.

UV radiation triggers the process of melanin synthesis. Under the influence of UVA rays, melanin oxidizes, leading to immediate pigmentation of the epidermis. It’s important to remember that UVA radiation penetrates clouds, car windows, and window glass, and remains at a consistent intensity throughout the day and year-round. People with skin discoloration should use sunscreen year-round. UVA radiation is also responsible for photoaging.

Directions for use: Every morning, about 30 minutes before exposure to UV radiation, shake the container and apply an appropriate amount of cream to clean skin on the face, neck, décolleté, and hands.
